Competency Description

This competency refers to the ability to establish and build networks to achieve positive outcomes. The scope includes building and maintaining relationships to facilitate the flow of information in order to provide opportunity and support to others.

Level 1 - Awareness

• Recognise the benefits of maintaining positive work relationships.
• Support and participate in networking and relationship activities.

• Maintain personal contacts to develop business relationship.

• Identify and pursue opportunities to strengthen and expand current networks.
